Shipping, Returns & Personalization Policy
1.If you are not satisfied with your orders, you may return them to us for a refund. Orders must be returned to us within 15 days of delivery to you.
2.Please note: we do not refund shipping costs or rush processing fees, and we do not accept returns on any personalized items, so please review your personalization information and make sure that the names and dates are correct before submitting your orders.
3.Returns Must Be Approved: Please Contact Us! if you would like to return your order or if you have any questions about our return policy.
4.Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when shipping items back to Ekfina Creations. Customers must choose a shipper capable of providing proof of delivery and properly packing and fully insuring items being returned.
4.Broken Items: We are unable to ship replacements for any screen printed items such as personalized glassware or water bottles that arrive damaged or broken. In the event that some of the screen printed products you purchase do arrive broken or damaged we will refund your card for the number of pieces affected after you provide us with proof of damage via photo email, we recommend ordering a few extra pieces just in case.
5.Out of stock items: If an item is out of stock you will be notified via email or telephone as to when it will become available. If you cannot wait until the item is back in stock and cannot find an item on our website to replace it, you will receive a full refund on your order.
We only ship within the USA. and Canada
All orders placed other than personalized items will ship within 7 business days, and it takes UPS between 1 to 5 business days for delivery depending on your location and the shipping method you choose, if you need your orders rushed please Contact Us! or give us a call 1-267 467 5791.

We cannot be held responsible for typographical errors, so please review your personalization information and make sure that the names and dates are correct before submitting your orders. To reduce Typographical errors all personalized orders must be placed through our website.
